Vitamin D along with other supplements may boost the effects of antidepressants

A recent review of 40 clinical trials found that omega-3 fish oil, methylfolate, vitamin D and amino acid compound, S-adenosine methionine, increased the effects of antidepressant medications for patients with clinical depression.
