The “International Conference on Vitamin D and Health Outcomes” will be held in the Emirates Towers, Dubai on November 21st.

The conference will bring vitamin D leaders and experts together to address the vitamin D deficiency pandemic and to discuss the recent advancements in vitamin D research.

Several vitamin D experts will present at the conference, including the Vitamin D Council’s board member and Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Sadeq Quraishi.

The guest speakers will discuss relevant topics on vitamin D, such as toxicity, variations in current recommendations, and putting research into clinical practice.

The conference will also highlight vitamin D’s role in different areas of health, including cardiovascular disease, maternal and infant health, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and allergies.

The conference is targeted towards multiple professionals and organizations. Organizers invite doctors, pharmacists, nurses, students, researchers, health care providers, and governmental and non-governmental agencies to attend.

“The conference is a priceless learning opportunity that will provide you with the latest and important information in the field of vitamin D- truly an interesting topic of general concerns and interest,” states Dr. Afrozul Haq, the Chairman of the Conference.

Greetings VDC~the embedded link to the conference site does not open for me. Is it my fabulous (lack of) technology skills or the link itself? 🙂 It could be me…. Please let me know. Thanks!

    Hi Rita,

The link worked for me. It could be the internet browser you are using, possibly?

In any case, why don’t you try the link to their main page: http://www.vdconf.com/index.php

    Hopefully this works for you!
