    Sorry Eddiy your question got cut off.
    Humans need to take D3 because it is what we make naturally. So it is better for us.
    I assume you are talking about Multiple Sclerosis which may respond to treatment with Vitamin D.

    Cont from 5-13 ques -: Current D level is 14; am very light-sensitive. Hx of MS <30 yrs. Sun/heat are tremendous triggers for MS. So how could limited sun exposure w/ sunscreen HELP to raise D3 levels? Thank you IAW from Eddiy

    Limited sun exposure with sunscreen will NOT raise D3 levels. Only taking a supplement of D3 will raise Vitamin D levels.
