Shal I put sun protection cream and go to sun for 10 min daily, or to go this 10 min without sun protection cream? I have read from some dermatologist that it is necessary to put cream, but for me it is not logical. Thank You very much

No sunscreen should be used when trying to make Vitamin D.
Please note to make adequate Vitamin D you must go out during midday, expose large amounts of skin, and live near the equator or make sure it is the right time of year where you live to make Vitamin D. Also important is how light or dark your skin is. Light skinned may only need 15 minutes, very dark skin may need hours. https://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/how-do-i-get-the-vitamin-d-my-body-needs/.
