Sorry I am a little confused.
Most of the time Vitamin D is given with just one figure and measured as ng/ml. Sometimes a “Total” is given and then that total is broken down into a measurement for D2 and one for D3.
So I am not sure what figures you are giving above. The D3 is the only one that matters. So if your D3 (25OHD) level is 30ng/ml it is “low” by our standards. We at the VDC believe in maintaining a minimum level of 50ng/ml.
