You said “no supplements taken”? Does that mean no multi vitamin with D in it and/or for example calcium supplement with D in it?

just an immune supplement with vitamin c /zinc/black elderberry extract, bilberry extract and ginger. no calcium or vitamin d. earlier in the year in april my doctor told me my levels were low so I took vit d3 drops 4000iu but only used them a couple of times-max 6 times between april -june

When I am unsure or do not know an answer, I have to ask someone at the council. Right now my best contact is at a conference so I do not think I can get an answer for a week. If a week goes by come back and post again but I will try and remember to get an answer.
Your level at the moment is not deemed “high” by us. In fact it is a “healthy” level. With that being said if you do not “resupply” Vitamin D and get no sunshine, those levels should decrease.
There is one thing you could “double” check. Make sure this was a 25 OHD and not a 1.25 OHD test.
