My 25(OH)D test came back few days ago with [>150 ng/ml] result. I'm not sure what it means, is it just slightly over 150 or anything over it, like lets say 200 or more… Anyway I have been supplementing D3 for a while now, First 4 weeks at 20kIU, then one week at 30kIU and then I upped it to 50kIU for 8 weeks. I'd like to lower my D levels down to around a 100 now but I'm not sure whats the best way to do it. Should I stop taking it and for how long? or just take smaller amounts? I don't want to plummet it down to much.
