I'm a 25 year old male that was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency in September of 2015… My level at that time was 18…. After supplementing for well over a year now, I'm still suffering from the same symptoms (osteoprosis, anxiety, weakness, etc.). The osteo symptoms have slightly disfigured my neck and waist which makes it incredibly difficult to talk or walk… I've taken almost every D3 supplement I could find along with vitamin k2 and the other co factors…. Could it be something else that could be causing these problems??? Thanks.

I need more information. If your level in 2015 was 18 (ng/ml OR nmol/l it makes a big difference) does that mean it has not changed in all of this time? Have you retested your levels? I realize you still have symptoms but other information is needed.
How much D3 do you take and or the largest amount you have taken? How much do you weigh? Do you have any gastro issues or malsorption issues?
