I waa diagnosed with low levels of vitamin d six months ago and have been feeling much better since supplementing with vit d tablets and now oral spray, the problems that have gone are lethargy, feeling down. I also was diagnosed with food intolerances and allergies which I think will be related as I had low levels for over 20 years but was never told. Is it possible these other symptoms will clear up over time or is it more common that the damage is now done? thank you

You did not say if you have a current Vitamin D level or how much you are actually taking. My point is I read a posting once where someone who was deficient, once they raised their level to over 40ng/ml, their seasonal allergies got better.
It could just take time if it is going to fix the allergies but if you are not taking enough Vitamin D (or have a high enough level) then you might not be able to make further progress.
If you could tell me how much you presently take or level, then maybe I can make a further suggestion.
