I know this is a Vitamin D forum, but I am very interested in your recommendations for Vitamin K2. I know they work together. I am a Type 1 diabetic, and even though I take D3, calcium, mag etc, I also have osteoporosis, and depression (from time to time). My doc also thinks I have Celiac and has asked me to avoid all gluten. I'm still just not healthy in the way I have always been. Do you have references to K2, or do you recommend some form of supplementation? I'm trying to eat Natto… this isn't my favorite option!
