IAW, thank you for pointing Beachboy in the direction of our “Other vitamins and minerals” page.
I think it is important to note that while maintaining healthy levels of all vitamins and nutrients is critical for good health, it is not required to take anything with vitamin D.
Vitamin D works with vitamins and minerals to perform specific functions. In the case of vitamin K2, vitamin D and K2 work together to help get calcium into your bones.
However, vitamin D will perform it’s myriad functions in your body when taken by itself.
Other people have asked this before. Right now the K2 (or K) dose does not increase as you take higher amounts of Vitamin D. The recommendation is 90-120 mcg a day. There are no studies, at least rig…

Thank you! I purchased multivitamin and Vitamin K2. What do you recommend for a daily K2 dose for 8 000-10 000 IU D3 daily? Thanks
