I keep reading where it's critical to take Vitamin K2 alongside Vitamin D, yet I haven't seen any mention of that on your site. Please clarify. Thanks – Bill Clifford

    IAW, thank you for pointing Beachboy in the direction of our “Other vitamins and minerals” page.

    I think it is important to note that while maintaining healthy levels of all vitamins and nutrients is critical for good health, it is not required to take anything with vitamin D.

    Vitamin D works with vitamins and minerals to perform specific functions. In the case of vitamin K2, vitamin D and K2 work together to help get calcium into your bones.

    However, vitamin D will perform it’s myriad functions in your body when taken by itself.
