I have vitamin D deficiency with 20.2 ng/ml and i am six ft tall 208 lb 35 years old man. In last 10 days i have taken 5000 IU gel caps and in last 3 days i have bumped up dosage to 10000 IU with testosterone tabs as i have also low testosterone and my fish oil, biotin 5000 and men's multivitamin. Is any of this i need to cut off? And is my dose right for vitamin D? How long it will take for me to reach around 70ng/ml? Please let me know. I appreciate your help.

If you have not already please read http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/vitamin-d-and-other-vitamins-and-minerals/. It is important. I was not sure I knew what you meant by “Is any of this i need to cut off?”
The 10,000iu is OK for your level and weight and the goal you want to reach. If you go higher than 70ng/ml, after two months, than maybe try 7 or 8000iu. It usually takes about two months of taking the same amount of D a day, to know what your level will be on that particular amount.
If you develop any symptoms, come back and tell me. It usually means a mineral deficiency.
Is testosterone “tabs” a supplement? Since I do not have enough information my warning is that Vitamin D WILL increase testosterone levels. So be careful in that respect.
