How long does it take for levels of Vit D to lower, after getting my level to high? Blood test show it was 231.2. I need to take my multi vitamin, and it has Vitamin D. I was using a supplement liquid vit D/k2

More information would have been helpful and may have led to different suggestions.
First of all you did not specify if the 231 is measured as nmol/l OR ng/ml? This makes a huge difference in how I would reply.
If you do not take any Vitamin D then levels decrease by 1/2 every two weeks.
How much Vitamin D is in the multi and how much in the supplement?

231 was measured by ng/mL. I stopped all Vitamin D3/K2, 8000iu, and I was taking a multi vit that have 250iu. That was 10 days ago.

Do you think your high level came just from supplements or supplements plus sunshine? If definitely just supplements then you probably just need 5000iu a day or you could take the 8000iu every other day. So in four more days we assume about 115ng/ml. If you waited one more week then resumed at a lower amount I think that would work. If you want to wait two more weeks that is OK too.
Did you have any symptoms before starting supplementation with Vitamin D? If so and symptoms return before the time is up, then do not wait to start taking the D again.
I think the multi has such a low amount that if you want to resume it in 4 days, I think you will be OK. This is only if you are NOT having symptoms from the high Vitamin D level.
    Anymore questions just ask!
