Sorry do you mean you are supplementing with something and how much are you taking?
right now i m not taking any supplements.
I was taking limcee tablet twice in a day as i was having knee pain.
but after diagionosed i found that its higher so i stop taking that madicine.
So now what food should i avoid or take to reduce this level
Is the correct vitamin d test being performed. You need a 25 OHD test and NOTa 1.25 test done. If it is the correct test being done, do you go out in the sun a lot and what country do you live in?
If our discussions had not included any B Vitamins I may have been able to figure it out on my own. It makes more sense now.

Oh, it was a mistake, I meant D3 & not B3.
