Hi. I have a current D level of 49 measured in nmol/L (Canada). I will see my MD in March. Last week I started taking D3 1000 with K2 (MK-7) 100mcg. Is that enough? I'm over 150lbs. I know you should take D3 with some fat, however can you take it just before bed or is it better to take during the daytime. Thanks!!
