Hello – I would like to know if it is necessary to take the D vitamin every day when you have reached the wanted level since D vitamin level takes approx 3 weeks to drop to half level? I'm taking D vitamin (50 microgram or 2000 IU) supplements on a daily basis as I don't get much sun. But I was wondering whether it is enough to take the supplements for example once a week now? Thanks in advance
