Do you know of any vitamin D3 supplements that do not contain Acacia or Microcrystalline Cellulose? Alternatively are there any affordable UVB lamps that I could use in the long term without risking skin damage?

I was going to say get Biotech but then I looked at my bottle and it says Microcrystalline Cellulose. You could get something like Carlson Super Daily Drops or there are some oral sprays but they may be more expensive. There may also be others that make drops also. If no one makes exactly 5000iu you could take 6000iu a day. (For example you could get the 2000iu but take 3 drops for 6000iu a day.)
At the top of the page is a link to Sperti and their Vitamin D Lamp.
    Hope this helps.
