RafaTGL I noticed you have two separate postings.
For now the 3000iu a day is fine especially since he has autism. If for any reason he gets new symptoms or old symptoms seem even worse taking the Vitamin D, come back and tell me. I usually warn adults that sometimes Vitamin D can cause a magnesium deficiency and it will give you symptoms. Symptoms to look out for would be Irritability or anxiety, Nausea, Headaches, Insomnia, Fatigue, Muscle cramps/twitching, Weakness and constipation. So if things get worse then stop the Vitamin D until you can get the magnesium or the D3 Plus arrives.
As for the D3 Plus I am not sure if he should take both capsules or just one with some extra Vitamin D added to it. So I am going to get some further advice from the council which make take several days. So come back and check the postings for an answer.
