Yes, my advice is to get the oral spray and do 6000iu per day. So we are clear, also keep taking the amount the doctor prescribed too.
I would hope that in 11 weeks your Vitamin D level will rise to at least 50ng/ml. If for some odd reason it ends up a lot higher, do not panic. Even levels of 150ng/ml are safe but it is not what we are trying to accomplish.
I always like to err on the side of caution, so if you develop any new symptoms, come back and tell me right away. It will most likely be a mineral deficiency but it can happen at any time.
The only thing I cannot anticipate is the following. If you take the oral spray and now you absorb the Vitamin D better and your health starts to really improve fast, then I do not know if all of a sudden you will also start to better absorb the Vitamin D capsules since it could make the IBS better. So again, any new symptoms, tell me.
