That’s a shame. You might remember that I posted previously about my D3 levels going down despite 4 courses of treatment, the last being of 60000iu per week. I mentioned the widespread bone pains I was having which thankfully dissipated over the course of my last treatment. Since then, on your recommendation, I have been taking a maintenance 5000iu per day and I’m delighted to say following a recent blood test that my levels have improved to a dizzy 58nmol/L (23ng/mL). Still insufficient in UK NHS terms and I’ll be starting a 5th course of treatment shortly. I do, however, feel very much better – the bone pain hasn’t returned and even my slightly arthritic joints are less painful. I’m less tired and have fewer IBS problems. How much is down to better D3 levels I don’t know, but I’m very relieved and grateful for the Council’s help.
