What happens if I take 5000iu vitamin D daily but don't get enough vitamin K2, will the vitamin D cause me problems or is it that I'll just be low in vitamin K. I know vitamin K2 is a cofactor for vitamin D.
You do not have to take the magnesium and Vitamin D together.
If you have a very good diet you may not need to supplement with magnesium. All we know is that the human body needs magnesium to function correctly and that most people do not get enough through diet.
