I am 41 years old and recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. It was discovered that I am also deficient in B12 (being treated for) and my Vitamin D levels are 11ng/ml. I suffer from severe fatigue, muscle and bone pain. Due to the Hashimotos I have put on lots of weight despite exercising 6 days a week and exercising. I am going to start taking 10,000ui of Vitamin D. However, my weight has shot up to 98kg and I am 5ft10 so not sure if this will be enough. Also please can you advise on the cofactors I should be taking.

Hello. How to maintain vitamin d levels after it's normal? Especially if I don't expose my skin to the sun because it's harmful. Let's say I have been taking 4000 iu and my level now is 50. How can I maintain this level with supplementation?
