The Vitamin D Council is committed to protecting the privacy of our members and newsletter subscribers, as well as all of our customers. We adhere to the following policies:

E-mail addresses

E-mail addresses collected for our weekly newsletter will be used solely for the purpose of deliveries of the newsletter. The Vitamin D Council will never sell or share with any third party the email addresses of our subscribers, except if required by law. At any time subscribers are free to cancel their subscription to our newsletter, upon which time the Vitamin D Council will cease all deliveries to said email address.

E-mail addresses submitted through a direct email to info@vitamindcouncil.org will be used solely as a means of providing a response to said communication, and will not be shared with any third party nor will they be used for any other purpose.


The web site monitors access to the site for the purpose of system administration of the web server and statistical monitoring of web site usage. This may include ‘cookies’. Vitamin D Council does not sell or share this information with any third parties. Some of this data may be viewed by the Vitamin D Council for administrative purposes.

We use security software to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. In addition, our business practices are reviewed periodically for compliance with policies and procedures governing the security and confidentiality of our information. Our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons.


This website does not provide services or sell products to children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

International orders policy

Vitamin D Council is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. We are not liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error on the part of the customer or orders seized by Customs.

Due to continually changing regulation we cannot guarantee receipt of any order shipped internationally, or that the information listed above includes all restricted items based on current legislation.
