There are no studies indicating that vitamin D can be used to treat allergies (including anaphylaxis).
It seems unlikely that vitamin D would be helpful for anaphylaxis, which requires an emergency response; the effects of vitamin D would take at least a day or two to appear, which would be too late to be useful in this case.
