Bladder cancer - Treatment 

We found no published results of treating bladder cancer with vitamin D.

However, since higher levels of serum 25(OH)D have been found with increased all-cause or cancer-specific survival rates for six cancers, breast, colorectal, lung, prostate cancer, melanoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (see our general introduction to cancer), it is very likely that treating those who have bladder cancer with vitamin D may improve survival.

Based on other studies, it seems that serum 25(OH)D levels of at 40 to 60+ ng/mL (100-150 nmol/l) might be appropriate1.
