What maintenance dose should I take? I was at 9.8ng/ml, after taking 10,000 iu / day for 2 months, i'm up to about 45ng/ml. Would 10,000 IU vitamin D, once a week be enough to maintain my level above 35ng/ml?

The short answer is that no, 10,000 iu once a week will not maintain for “you”.
Since you took 10,000iu a day for 2 months (at least two months time is required), you should have ended up at a higher level than what you did. You did end up close to 50ng/ml and that is the “healthy” level that we recommend you maintain.
So you should keep taking 10,000iu a day as a maintenance dosage.
This could be because you weigh more than average or if for example you have some kind of intestinal issues you may not absorb the Vitamin D as well as others. If you have some kind of health issue, that may use up more Vitamin D than normal. If that is the case, you should let me know what you have.
