Safe upper limit is 10,000 iu. So you can stay there if you want. I would recommend reading about the vitamins and minerals that are co-factors to Vitamin D and make sure you either supplement or have a very good diet. http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/vitamin-d-and-other-vitamins-and-minerals/.

I would like to ask u… should i take magnesium and k2 supplement as well… if yes plz mention dose and direction … and i am also taking calcium tablets daily along with 60,000 iu d3.…
