My 3 year old daughter is currently taking 15,000 IU daily of Biotech D3Plus/D3 (been in contact with Dr. Cannell for roughly a year). I would like to start her on a multivitamin aswell due to her picky eating but not sure what vitamins I should be trying to stay away from. I was hoping the Council had a recommendation in this department (preferably liquid or dissolving powder?). Thanks in advance!

Ryan I am going to hand this question to the council but since it is Christmas, I am not sure at all when it may get answered.

    Hi Ryan,

Thank you for reaching out! The Vitamin D Council can only provide guidance regarding vitamin D and it’s cofactors. Supplementing your child with a multivitamin D shouldn’t cause any problems, but if you have any concerns, we recommend reaching out to your physician directly. Sorry we couldn’t be of more help!

    Best,

    Missy
