Website says “At this time, the Vitamin D Council cannot accept or ship orders to outside of the United States. NY and MD residents: Due to special restrictions, no orders will be shipped to the state of NY or MD.”
If you can add up the calcium in your diet and if it comes to 500mg, then I wouldn’t take any. Go back to the 700 of mag and see what happens.

We at the VDC promote taking a minimum of 5000 iu a day. That will get most people to a blood level of 50 ng/ml. But you will not know if that is the case unless you test your levels.
