I currently take 10.000 iu of Biotech Vitamin D daily. I chew the capsules and leave the solution in my mouth for about 3 minutes as I understand this gives maximum absorption, compared to swallowing the capsules. I usually take them mid-afternoon without any food.
Is there a better way to take Vitamin D, and in particular would it be better to take the dose with food since D is fat-soluble?
