I am a 46 yr old post-menopausal woman in good health, but my latest bloodwork showed my Vitamin D level at 21. I'm having a hard time finding a Vit D3/K2 supplement that comes together in 1 pill. How much Vitamin D3 & K2 is recommended for someone with my low level of D, and how much magnesium should I also supplement with? I hate to go out & buy something that won't benefit me enough.

    I recommend reading http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/vitamin-d-and-other-vitamins-and-minerals/. It talks about all of Vitamin D’s co-factors and will answer your questions.
    Biotech has some products with both Vitamin D and K. There is a link in the pictures at the top of the page.
    You will need at least 5000iu of Vitamin D3 a day. Do NOT get magnesium oxide try citrate or anything ending in “ate”. No one gets enough magnesium in their diet so supplementing is not a waste. Do you take a multi vitamin?
