Hi, I was diagnosed with Vit Deficiency in November with the level of 8 nmg/l even though I lived in Delhi. I was suffering from random aches for last 2 years with my doctors declaring me insane after my seeing my CT scan. the reason could be the advice from my dermatologist to stay from SUN bcz of acne. Anyway, I was put on Vit D supplements of 60,000 IU(along with Calcium-CCM) for twice a week for first month and then once per week afterwards. After 4 months of medications, I feel better but with some random aches sometimes and some back aches. My question was that would it be good idea to join GYM at this point of time (not for intense activity but for general fitness).
The question arises whether my bones and joints be able to cope up with the such activities. (Though I am quite regular with Push ups, surya namaskars and planks with some instances of back aches). What could be the advices in such cases??
