Hi! I am just wondering if the 25(OH)D test is always reliable? I suffer from chronic illness and I feel worse now than I did during the summer. I had the 25(OH)D test done recently and it came back at 146 nmol/L. I have been supplementing with vitamin D for some time but I have not taken the same dose every day so I don't know how much I have taken on average. Some days I would take 5000 IU or even 10 000 IU and then I would stop for a few days. Does my results mean that I am definitely not deficient in vitamin D? I live in Sweden by the way and I weigh about 150 lbs. Thanks in advance.
