Sorry your question does not make sense. Does either one of these answers fit with what you are asking. If not you will need to rephrase your question.
5000 iu of Vitamin D = 125 mcg
A blood level of 50ng/ml = 125 nmol/l
Thank you again! Hopefully in 8 weeks my levels will be normal and I’ll be feeling more normal too!

For most people we aim for a level of 50ng/ml. It would be better to be above 50ng/ml then at or below 40ng/ml.
