Where can I find a complete list of low vitamin D symptoms? Common lists site 7 or so symptoms but I think there are many many more. Mine appear to be lethargy, dizziness, ringing ears, brain fog, stiffness, joint pain, nausea, and plain old not feeling at all well.

Well there is no complete list. This is because sometimes low Vitamin D levels can cause autoimmune diseases. Then which ever one it caused, you will have those symptoms.
So I am not sure why you need a list. Unless you live near the equator and get exposed to hours of sunshine a day, then you are probably Vitamin D deficient.
So have you tried taking any Vitamin D? We recommend a minimum of 5000iu a day. Much less than that will not do you any good. We recommend that people try and get a blood test to find out what their levels are. We also recommend maintaining a blood level of 50ng/ml or slightly higher to keep a person healthy. I realize not everyone has insurance or can afford to get tested. If this is the case then take the 5000iu a day and if your symptoms do not go away in about two months or less, then let me know.

I agree with IAW. Huge list of possible symptoms, but nothing concise.
You might also restoring your vitamin D levels more quickly.
50,000 IU per day for just 4 days should reduce your symptoms – if they are related to vitamin D deficiency.
