Your level is EXTREMELY low so it will take awhile to feel better.
If you can, please read http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/vitamin-d-and-other-vitamins-and-minerals/. You may need some supplemental magnesium to go with the Vitamin D. Vitamin D needs a lot of magnesium to process correctly.
If available, you could add 2000 iu of Vitamin D and take it each day. So do not stop the 60,000 once a week BUT take another 2000iu a day.
Come back and let me know how you feel 4 weeks from now.
Once you have been treated enough and feel better, you should take at least 5000 iu of Vitamin D a day, so you never have to feel this bad again.

I think the thyroid tests are OK but I am not sure if these are “Free” tests or “total” tests and I am not sure you wrote the correct “units of measure”.
What I did not say yesterday is that your Vitamin D level is in the Osteomalacia range in other words “adult ricketts”. This means basically that the deficiency is affecting your bones. Apart from that muscles also need a tramendous amount of Vitamin D to function correctly. This is why you are having such weakness and I would assume can barely walk?
What country do you live in?

Did you start taking the extra 2000iu a day OR have you been taking just the 60,000 iu once a week? To get an accurate reading, you need to take the same amount of Vitamin D for about 8 weeks. So if you have taken the 60,000iu for that amount of time then yes you can test. What I would do though, is take the 60,000iu and wait till day six or seven after taking it, to do the test. If you take the 60,000iu and then test the next day, the level will be artificially higher. Better to see what your level is after several days.
