I’ve read that if a person is taking too much vitamin D it can cause them to have magnesium deficiency. So for example, if a person is taking 5,000 IU of D3 daily I’d be most interested in knowing approximately how much magnesium (also K2, A and calcium) that person should be taking. Putting it another way, if the dosage of one of the above mentioned supplements is known (5,000IU of D3) is it possible to derive a ball park dosage amount for the other supplements that I've mentioned? TIA
