I just joined and haven't looked thoroughly, so I apologize if this question is there. When reading on the internet it says that I should be sure to take vitamin K with D? Can anyone speak to that? Thanks

We know that K directs calcium to bones and not to soft tissue where you do not want it to go. So if you have a good diet that contains the K’s (there is more than one) then I would not worry about it. If not we are going with the RDA that is listed at the above link!
