Hi, I have a vitamin D deficiency, so would sun bed sessions help with this?

Yes, if they have the correct wave length to make Vitamin D (UVB) and you use it enough. So make sure you investigate the actual bed you are using. If it only produces UVA rays (very large round bulbs) then no. If the bulbs are long and skinny then it means UVB. If there is a combination of large and skinny that is OK and/or if it states “mimics actual sunlight” then you would be getting everything just like sunlight.
